Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Partners We ship across India via trusted courier partners including Delhivery, BlueDart, and Ekart through Shiprocket. Courier selection is based on your pincode for the fastest and most reliable delivery.
Delivery Timelines
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 2–4 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 4–6 business days
- Remote areas & Northeast India: 6–9 business days
Shipping Charges
- Orders above ₹499: Free shipping
- Orders below ₹499: Flat ₹60 shipping charge
- COD orders: Additional ₹30 handling charge
Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also track your order on the Shiprocket tracking portal using your AWB number.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date at support@padharoraj.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
